Our fees (AC-IT)

At the beginning of each month you receive an invoice covering your subscription for the current month plus usage from the previous month.

  • € 6.00 excl. VAT per month (subscription)
  • € 0.35 excl. VAT per direct debit line, including invoice download

Stripe fees

Stripe deducts its fees automatically from each transaction.

  • € 0.35 excl. VAT per direct debit
  • € 3.50 excl. VAT per failed debit (e.g., insufficient funds)
  • € 15.00 excl. VAT per dispute (e.g., contested debit)

Processing time

Funds are typically credited to your bank account within 8–13 business days after the chosen due date :

  • Day 1 : the debit is taken from your customer’s account
  • Days 1–6 : verification period (depending on account history)
  • Day 6 : funds appear in your Stripe account
  • 2–5 business days after : Stripe transfers the funds to your bank account

If the due date falls on a weekend/holiday, or in case of disputes or extra checks, processing may take longer.
